How likely am I to get an offer from Glasgow for maths

Advice please, I am applying for MA mathematics at Glasgow for 2026 and I wanted to know how likely I am to receive a conditional offer at Glasgow as I am slightly worried about my chances, in my highers I got AAABC in Mathematics, modern studies, English, economics and biology (in that order), this year I am taking advanced higher mathematics, advanced higher modern studies and higher buisness, do you think I am likely to get an offer based on these grades?

I can’t say whether you will receive an offer, and from what i've seen for the entry requirements Glasgow normally look for in MA Mathematics candidates, Glasgow typically makes offers at AAAAA by the end of S6, so your grades of AAABC, are a little below their ideal score. The minimum is BBBBB for s5 though, so it's still worth applying.

Taking Advanced Higher Maths is a big positive, a good grade there can strengthen your application a lot.
AH Modern Studies will also help. Higher Business is fine as an additional subject.

What will matter most now is:
-Strong predicted grades for your Advanced Highers
-A clear personal statement showing your interest in maths
-A good reference from your teachers
Glasgow is competitive, but your current pathway is sensible and keeps you in a realistic range. Focus on doing well in your AHs and making your application as strong as possible.

Thanks so much, yea I did see that typical offers are made at 5As at the end of S6, I have 3 right now, so I’m just confused if that means that I would likely receive a conditional offer for possibly 2As in advanced higher as that would technically be 5As by the end of s6? I’m a bit unsure of this aspect and what they mean by it.
