A member of staff made a comment about my body

I wasn't in uniform because I slept in and the only shirt that was dry had a hot chocolate stain so I just wore a black tank top like I've done before when I've had no uniform. I only had study so I saw no issue with it and I was wearing a black hoodie on top but it got too hot in the plaza so I took it off during lunch. During last period Ms. S walks by and comes up to us (about 10 of us) and says to me "all I can see is your boobs". Everyone shuts up and im just fully in shock because I would've never expected that from a member of staff or from her. She disappears after I put on the hoodie and everyone is freaking out and asking if im ok and my friend says that she wouldn't have said something like that if i had a different body. Ms S comes back a few minutes later and calls me through to the hallway and says she went to her office and then realised that she shouldn't have done that in front of everyone (ignoring the words she actually said to me)I just don't really know what to do, after she took me outside I had tears in my eyes but I came back through to everyone. I don't know who I can speak to about reporting this because she's the Deputy Head teacher and technically I was breaking a rule by not being in uniform even though I was only missing a white shirt and my tie

I’m really sorry you had to go through that, it’s completely unfair and inappropriate, especially coming from a member of staff. Her comment about your body was not acceptable, regardless of the uniform situation. You have every right to feel upset.
I would recommend reporting it to a trusted teacher, counselor, or the safeguarding team at school. Make sure to write down exactly what happened and consider talking to a parent or guardian for support. You don’t have to deal with this alone, and you deserve to be treated with respect.
