Why is she acting this way towards me?
Basically, a girl I went out with on a few unofficial dates has started being rude to me all the time. It started with her giving me the eye all the time, it is very important to state that I didn't initiate things. She is attractive and pretty popular so I felt flattered. Basically I didn't go and talk to her, mainly because the classes are big and she was always with friends, but we eventually got introduced in a pub, as it turns out she vaguely knows one of my friends. Although she is attractive, right from the start I felt no chemistry talking to her, but people said this develops over time, so we went out on two unofficial coffee dates after class which I initiated, and she also invited me to her housewarming party at the end of October which loads of others went to. There was no chemistry on the coffee dates, we mostly talked about the essay we are doing, and I found her kind of annoying. At the house party we briefly got talking alone in her kitchen. I kind of felt maybe she was expecting me to make a move on her but I didn't, basically because I felt no chemistry and ngl although she is attractive I actually find her annoying. We are poles apart, she has conservative views, we aren't into the same music and there is no vibe whatsoever. Ever since that house party though she has been extremely rude to me whenever I see her, and others have also noticed this. Nowadays she ignores me, yawns and scowls at me in class and looks at her phone with an angry look on her face when I go anywhere near her. I find her behaviour to be unpleasant and jarring. She started it, there was no chemistry, loads of guys are into her, so who cares. Can someone tell me why she is acting this way.

Sounds to me like you’ve got your answer. If there’s no vibes then no point. Maybe she can tell you aren’t that into her and she’s annoyed at that and trying to play hard to get. She’s not used to not getting attention.

It wasn’t working out for either of you and she’s gone cold. I wouldn’t worry about it, plenty more fish
