transferring univerisities

hi! im a first year student, yet jm not enjoying the university im at my grades during alevels werent the best which is why im at a university which is on the outskirts of london yet im looking to transfer. i study pharmacology and i just wanted some advice whether its best to transfer, if so to what closer london university and if they would accept me.

Further to McGinger's question above, unis vary in their policies on transfers and whether they will accept them for all or some of their courses - the best thing I'd recommend to do is email the individual unis you're interested in themselves, stating clearly what course you are currently on and which of their programmes you'd like to transfer to. They'll be able to let you know what's possible and if so what you need to provide.
