what to buy your boyfriend for christmas
we will have been together 1 month and 1 week by christmas so i don’t want to go crazy. i already have an aftershave i’m going to get him but idk what else. ideas please!!!

Maybe a personalised gift. It could be a heat changing mug with a photo of the two of you from a happy moment so far, or just a cute photo of yourself or those photo-booth photos of you both together. Then fill the mug with his favourite chocolates. You could go to a lindt shop for various minis and add a few classic Christmas sweets, like those candy canes. Wrap it, tie it with a pretty ribbon and include a Christmas card with a sweet message...

Give him something thoughtful, that’s more important than anything else. No one can tell you what to get him, but I would advise that you really think about what he is interested in. In August 2024 I showed my girlfriend highlights from a specific basketball player and for Christmas she got me his jersey: probably my favourite gift I’ve ever received. He will love the aftershave I’m sure but if you want to get him something else, don’t show him you value him with money. Get something that is really personal to him.

By far the best present is to give him nothing.
That's with the proviso that you behave OK when you're with him in person.
It's totally fine if he's sitting there on Christmas Day thinking "Why didn't she give me a present? She didn't even give me a card? And yet when we're together we get on so well..."
It will take a bit of courage on your part to give him nothing. Having used that bit of courage, you'll be glad that you gave him nothing.
There's 350 days of the year when you can do something nice or special for him - and when doing so will count double compared to Christmas. Because it will be unexpected. And because it will take the social blackmail out of the equation.
