Gap year- new friends?

So, I’m currently in my gap year before I study my degree at the uni of Birmingham, I opted to take the gaphere as my secondary school was super intense and I’m really liking having this time, got a job at a localnursery and got in touch with old friends in the year above me, and keeping in touch as much as I can withmy friends at uni, but I’m really hoping that this year I might be able to make some new friends, no one atmy job is really around my age so I decided to come on here and post, in case there’s anyone who is alsowanna gap here that wants to be friends? I know it’s a weird ask but thought I’d try, I live in the south eastso if there’s anyone from the South east that would be even better but if not, I’d love to have an onlinefriend or something as it would be nice to be in contact with someone who is having a similarexperience/gap year/working out what they want to do? Anyway, if you’d like to make a new friend (Ipromise I’m relatively cool lol) I’m here!
