Tutor for Access to Science? Anyone used one?

Long story short I'm in my second year of my 2 year part time course but I've had to defer going to classes until the new year due to having a breakdown. I have fallen really far behind and struggling with understanding the content, particularly with my chemistry units.
Has anyone ever used someone who specifically knows about Access?

Are you referring to the Access to Higher Education Diploma?

I already did, hence getting granted permission to self study for the next few weeks. However, I emailed my tutor for the classes I'm currently missing the day I posted this thread, still no reply despite being promised I'd have support
