STEM supercurriculars that don’t require maths
I take bio and chem a level just not maths. Are they any good supercurriculars and programmes I can apply to for stem that don’t require maths? I applied for STEM smart without realising you need maths for it now I’m kinda lost on what to do that can still make me stand out to these top unis. Specifically are there any programmes that Oxbridge offer like stem smart and where can I find out about them. Because I always find out when it’s too late 😭

Maths underpins almost all sciences so if any science program has a maths component (as long as they're fine with you not having taken a level maths) I'd take every opportunity to do some! Other than that I'd say C3L6 (if you're in year 12), chem olympiad, bio olympiad, any essay competition. Program-wise I'm not so sure but I'm sure there are some bio ones at least that don't require a level. Maybe someone else can provide a better answer. Good luck! I know there's a lot on your plate with A levels.

I did the Cambridge biology challenge last year and that was very fun, no maths involved at all!
