UCL Urban Planning and Real Estate undergrad

Hello, I'm about to send of my UCAS application, currently completing my personal statement. My main uni choice is UCL undergrad for real estate as said in the title. I was wondering if anyone has gotten any offers for 2026 September enrolment, and what were your predicted grades? If anyone has gotten an offer in the past relating to this degree, any information would be good. thanks

I applied for urban studies (Bartlett) and geography as an early applicant, heard back from both courses and got offers. Predicted 5A*s, international applicant. My personal statement focused on gentrification and debates on sustainable city if that helps...

It took around 6 weeks and honestly my PS was more tailored to LSE Geography rather than UCL Urban Studies. I think ur ps would be fine 😀 dont worry too much! I think UCL would give out offers once the applications reach to a certain limit like 15-20 i guess so perhaps wait till late Jan?

Hi, have you heard back yet? I also applied for the same course on Jan 7th, have yet to hear back. My grade is 41/45 which is equivalent to A*A*A. I wrote my PS around transportation & mobility, urban economics, and urban design, but didn't focus much at all on real estate.

Hi, I’m in year 11 and I’m confused if urban planning and design is the right career path for me, how did you know you wanted to do it? Honest no sugarcoating. What a levels did u pick and how did you research for urban planning, right now I barely know anything about it so did you learn about it online? Or did a certain subject help?
