i've applied to Mansfield! from what ive read should hear by the end of the week so don't lose hope yet!

yeah and considering the interviews start 8th dec (i think?) and its at least a weeks notice it could even be anytime next week

Hi all. I have applied to read history and economics at pembroke college oxford, and was wondering if you could all share your opinions to ease my thought about whether I will receive an interview.
My stats are: A-Levels predicted A*A*A*A*A* (History, Economics, Maths, Further Maths and Latin) (also an A in my EPQ, which I am getting remarked for the *). My GCSEs are 9999999999998, I know the 8 looks bad but I was one mark off a 9. I come from a impoverished single parent household, so I have access to a contextualised offer (but I don't think I'll exactly need it!!) and I am of an unknown ethnic background. Long story short, my dad got deported.
To prep for the interview, I have read up on the entire first year module for my course, and have taken it upon myself to also learn some of the first year maths content (hoping this will aid me in my economics interview). Anywho, I fear this isn't enough, so was wondering what you all have been up to.
