Hello @Shells_ you can look into the maternity support worker role where you would be supporting midwives, newborn care, assisting with breastfeeding support, supporting women antenatally and postnatally. You may be required to have care experience. Or the healthcare assistant role which you can work in the maternity ward. Becoming a midwife which you would lead the care of women throughout pregnancy and birth requires the midwifery degree. Have a look on NHS jobs website or trac jobs.

Hope this helps

Have you considered applying for a midwifery degree to become a qualified midwife? It is an exception course for student funding.
