Funding for second degree in nursing

Hi, would be great if you could help

I have a 2:1 undergraduate degree in accounting and finance that I got in 2025

I really want to pursue nursing though at the university of Huddersfield, as I did my first degree here

my question is, if I pursued the undergraduate degree in nursing as a second degree, would I be funded for this, so the full tuition fee loan and maintenance loan based on household income, and can I apply for this through clearing

alternatively if I didn't get into the undergraduate degree for nursing, could I be funded for the Health Foundation Pathway leading to a BSc(Hons) Degree, which after passing, includes access into nursing, and could I be funded for all 4 years, so the full tuition fee loan and maintenance loan based on household income

Hi Amara,

As long as you're not already registered in this field then you can apply for funding for your nursing degree.

Regarding the foundation option, are you able to confirm the full name of the course and we can check this on the database to confirm eligibility?
