Hoping for some urgent advice as I have a difficult decision to make between two interview offers and would really appreciate insights from anyone who has been in a similar situation.
Here's the timeline:
1. Received and booked my Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS) interview for a specific date.
2. This afternoon , I received an interview invite from Hull York Medical School (HYMS) for the exact same date and time.
Please advise how to sort this out.

Firstly, congratulations on both your interview invites!
You need to get in touch with the HYMS admissions team (email: [email protected], phone number: +44 (0)1904 321690) to tell them you’d like to change your interview.
However, we have very limited slots available for anyone waiting to rearrange and in order to give everyone a fair chance we don't plan on sending any revised invitations out until 9 December at the earliest (the first working day following the final deadline date for responses to interview invites).
If any slots have been declined, these will then be made available to those people wishing to rearrange. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to be able to meet individual requirements, but we will try to accommodate requests where possible.
If we are able to offer you an alternative interview slot, your original slot will be allocated to another candidate and will no longer be available to you. If you wish to keep your original slot instead, please let us know no later than 8 December 2025.
