So I'm about to finish all my content for module 5, (I do OCR A) and I was thinking about starting to do past papers. I do want to try and save most of the ones for my exam board until the end. Is it worth doing past papers form different exam boards, like AQA or OCR B, or would it be confusing as they have different content and was to approach the questions

Hi,

Congrats on finishing all the content for module 5!

I would recommend doing the past papers ass soon as you are ready! Don't worry about running out of past papers as you can always ask your teachers for more or print them of at your local library! Even if you do the same paper over and over again it preps you a lot for the real thing! On the exam boards websites they upload their last years papers for you to have a go at and they date back to earlier years too so you can have a go at a range of different papers!

In terms of doing different exam boards i would stick to the exam board that you will be doing in your actual exam as they have different mark schemes and content so if you do OCR for example but your real exam is using AQA you won't be as prepared as they might even structure the questions differently!

Ask your teacher which exam board you will be using and use that for your revision!

Wishing you the best of luck and i hope this helps!

I wouldnt worry about running out of past papers. There must be a lot of past papers, and you could always ask your teacher for more/different ones.
Start past papers as soon as you are ready.
Id be wary about doing ones from different exam boards if they have different ways of doing things etc. Just so you dont get confused.
