I have finished two years of my degree and have completed the academic side of things of my third year. All I am missing is my placement hours calculated around 700 - 800 hours. Due to unexpected health concerns and one of my parents becoming unwell, I have to decided to leave the course. I am gutted as I am so close.
According to my transcript, I have 360 "total graded credits achieved". I go to Edge Hill University. I can't seem to find anything online though about exit rewards.
I’m so sorry you’re in this situation! My heart goes out to you! Have you read your university handbook?? In my case, with Plymouth uni I think id come out with a health and social care degree instead of a nursing degree if I was in your situation. All uni’s are different. Check the handbook and speak to your course lead.
Thank you. I have spoken to my academic tutor briefly about leaving and exiting, but she said that i may only get a diploma in health studies. But, after a long google search, i know that i could potentially get a different exit degree instead of the nursing degree.
