Early LNAT score
Hi all, i recently found out via the early release method i got 40/42 in LNAT. I applied for oxford, however am only predicted A*AA as my teacher was very stubborn and reluctant to move my economcis up to an A* as we do edexcel Economics A (which is a very hard specification compared to the B, and its our schools first time doing A). I also have quite bad gcses, i have 877665554 (but i have extenuating circumstances for my gcses as i had a lot of personal issues
Do i still have a chance of getting in?
I understand oxford usually shortlist applicants who have outstanding grades too.
any help would be appreciated

You may hear something either way next week. Interview invites for some subjects are now being sent out but haven't seen anything for Law atm.

Sorry unrelated but mine is on Wednesday, how did you prepare in order to get such a high mark? Well done, I heard the average is around 22-24!

This thread looks like showing off. I wish you success, but please do the showing off if and when you obtain an offer of a place at Oxford.
You only need AAA for law at Oxford.

Why would I be envious of some fictitious person bragging on a website? Nobody is envious of Hertford! The college's one virtue is that it's close to the King's Arms, the best pub in Oxford (which is owned by the best college in Oxford).
