Exeter student ID question
DD has accepted an unconditional offer from Exeter uni. However, we haven't received an email offer or acknowledgement of acceptance of offer directly from Exeter, only UCAS. Exeter must have correct email address though as they have sent an offer holders invite. However, to book they want a student ID number, which is on the offer email (that we don't have!) Have emailed, bit whilst we wait, is the ID the same as the UCAS ID?

Not the same as UCAS ID. Have you/ DD checked spam folder?

Thank you. Yes, spam was checked. We have now had a reply, and the offer email resent. Thankfully received this time.
