I just received an email for bank confirmation details.

[You need to send us a copy of a recent bank statement, showing your name,
sort code and account number. Please send this in to the address below.
Online statements can be accepted as long as they include your bank’s name
and website URL. Remember to include your Customer Reference Number when
sending us evidence.
You can contact us on 0300-100-0607 to provide new bank details. You’ll
need to confirm the current bank details we hold before any updates can be
made.]

What is website URL on bank statement and can I send it online or I have to print it and send it in post?

The URL would be the web address for your bank. Have you changed your bank details and have you checked what details we hold for you on your online account?

Could you please confirm which address I need to use? The email came from Duplicate bank details email and they stated Bank Mail TeamStudent Loans Company10 Clyde Place, Glasgow, G5 8DF. But the online assistant confirmed G52 4JT?
