Postgraduate funding!

Hello
I am trying to get student finance for my masters course, under compelling personal reasons. This will be the second time I have withdrawn and used compelling personal reasons. The first time was due to my mental health. The 2nd time was because I got pregnant and my mental health deteriorated again! I went down to part time, then ended up withdrawing completely. I have also applied for Wales instead of England as I've moved to Wales a couple years ago. I thought all was well and then someone dropped a bomb! Apparently I can't apply again?, even though everywhere states it's on a case by case basis? Now I'm panicking and won't be able to go to medical school!!!
