Is student finance a public funds?
Hi guys,
With recent immigration reforms under consultation , I am eligible to apply for student finance now but might not be later . I have ILR status in the uk but the reforms say that they are going to make ILR not eligible for public funds. I just wanted to check if SFE falls under public funds ?

Hi there,
We can only speak on current rules and policies but Student Finance England is a public funded organisation and based on 25/26 regulations you would be eligible as long as you meet the residency criteria. Thanks, Jason
