Polish GCSE Mock

I did my Writing and Reading Polish GCSE mock today. Polish is my mother tongue and I found the test very easy, but I finished way earlier than everyone else and didn't actually write more than 1 and a half page for either Q1 or Q2 (writing). I cannot tell whether I did very good and wrote enough, or whether I didn't write a sufficient amount and will get marks off for it. I responded to all bullet point and expanded my answers. I'm just unreasonably stressed by this. The mocks used were from 2025 (higher).

It sounds like you did exactly what the examiners want. In GCSE languages, quality beats quantity, hitting all the bullet points, expanding your answers, and using accurate grammar and vocabulary is more important than filling pages. Finishing early isn’t a problem as long as you answered everything clearly.

Examiners mark content, language, and communication, not how much you wrote. If you covered all points and showed variety in your sentences and vocabulary, you should be fine. Stressing is normal, but it doesn’t mean you did badly, from what you describe, you may have done well.

Most importantly, this is a mock, while it's normal to feel stress over any exam results,
this is also a valuable opportunity for you to realise any simple mistakes, such as writing style/structure, the feedback from these mocks will help you massively in your actual exams if you act on it.

Hope this helps,
Ulaw,
Alfred.
