Dyson institute of engineering and technology 2026 Applicant Thread

This a support thread. I am hoping to find others who are applying to support each other through the process!

Hi, I've applied too and just realised I posted a message on the wrong thread 🤦*♂️ since there's another labelled for Dyson applicants but in the wrong forum. I was wondering if there's any previous applicants that might be able to clarify a bit about the application process since, from what I can see on previous threads a decent amount of physics knowledge is required in the online technical assessment (apparently fluid mechanics was in a previous assessment). However the Dyson website says that only A level maths is required.

It was me who made a thread on the wrong forum, so apologies- besides that, how is everyone finding the application process so far? Any idea on what the online assessments are about?

Hi, its JB_26 on a different account since my last one got banned for posting a link (sorry!). The next stage does open on the 15th and in case anyone's interested I found out in the last webinar that there won't be an interview despite it previously being said so on the website. So now we just have technical and psychometric assessments'.

Oh so no recorded interviews! Could mean the tests are harder😬
Also what webinar did you attend? Anyone receive a link to register for the online assessments webinar?

I have heard nothing about the second webinar - I attended the introductory one last week but that wasn’t about the online assessment

how did everyone find the webinar?
