Is Compelling Personal Reasons (CPR) sfe only for tuition fee?

Is Compelling Personal Reasons (CPR) sfe procedure only for tuition fee loans and not the maintenance loans? I am in final year of uni and I have uncapped exams post-appeal to do (deferrals without tuiton). I am enrolled at university and have student status. Mode of attendance = Full-time Extension - Deferred Assessment

Thank you

Hi there,

Compelling Personal Reasons is awarded for Tuition Fees as students are eligible for Maintenance Loan as long as they have not achieved the qualification. When a student's support is blocked due to previous study, a maintenance loan is usually provided, however students then have to provide the required CPR to have the tuition fees applied. Thanks, Stephen.
