What kind of points does the law course in Oxford require (IB)

I recently was invited to an interview by Pembroke College. I do the IB, and my predicted grades came out to be 40 points (6 English, 6 Econ, 7 History). If I do manage to get an offer, would it require the 38 point minimum listed on the universities website, or would it be more than this? Thanks
It's likely to be the standard offer published on the website, although in principle I believe colleges can set more specific and/or higher offers e.g. requiring a particular grade in a specific HL subject or similar. This is at least the case at Cambridge, although I'm not sure if this is all that common at Oxford.

Each Oxford college makes the same offer for law. Variant offers are a Cambridge thing.

OP, you need only obtain the minimum required. Some people obtain more points, but Oxford means what it says when it says that it requires specified IB points or A level grades. Predicted or achieved higher marks do not guarantee an offer of a place at Oxford. The admission system is not simply an exercise in number crunching.

Good luck, OP!

What are your SL subjects and grades? 😧

I know one chap got in with 777 in Maths, Physics and History for Law at St. John's College, Oxford. Philip's profile is listed on the law admissions page for St. John's College, Oxford. 😉
