Due to unforseen circumstances I have to move out of my flat by January. I have to find a replacement tennant to be able to terminate my lease.
The current lease terminates on August 31st.

Rent: £2080 per semester (thats £520 per month)
Paid when you get your student finance.
Whats included?
- Full ensuite (toilet, sink, shower)
- bed and matress
-desk and chair
- 3 door wardrobe
- small chest of drawers
- some side cupboards
- shared kitchen with a few people (lots of cupboards)
- laundry facility on the same floor
- utilities included
- 5 minute walk from the train station
- 5 minute walk to sunderland Priestman building.
