I am on skilled worker visa and in uk for three years we dont have ILR my son is starting undergraduate uni next year ,cant he apply for student fee loan if not is there any way he can het loan i am single parent and its very hard to pay international fee

Your son would need to meet our eligibility to be eligible for the loan. He can find our eligibility criteria on our website here https://www.gov.uk/student-finance/who-qualifies
