Got an offer from university of portsmouth for secondary physics pgce

I am an international student, and I got an offer for PGCE from Portsmouth. How good is the course and the uni? How expensive is Portsmouth? Is it a safe place? Should I wait for an interview call from the University of Sussex, Sheffield Hallam, and Worcester? There are not many offers for international students this year, and Russell Group universities are expensive. I want to ensure the budget stays within the bursary I receive. Are there any other better options to apply for, or is Portsmouth my best option? I need some help here.

Will you be able to visit your options at all before you choose one?
It would be a good idea to go on their website and read through anything you can find about the city, course, support and societies etc to see what you think
