What grades should I be on in year 12 rn?

I’m on about a C/B for my subjects atm. Is this normal and okay?

if youre aiming for Ds youre doing amazing!! but for As and A*s not so much, youll have a hard time catching up later so why not be consistent and organised so you dont have to study 12 hours everyday for a month in 6 months when ur mocks are gonna be for your predicted grades

come on be real whats stopping you from studying a bit more per day youll just hate yourself later on because youll have to do catching up, i can speak from experience. they wont magically go up later cuz youll probably move on to new topics, also dont forget to refresh yourself every week about what you learned in the past cuz youll forget it ofc.

I’m in year 12 too and as far as I can tell it’s pretty normal to be getting grades like that. Legit all of my teachers all say it’s completely fine since it’s obviously quite a big jump from GCSE. My teachers are saying that ppl can start on grades like C and B and come out with A*s, so I wouldn’t worry too much. Obviously still revise and stuff but you have time to improve still!

It’s normal, but by the end of year 12 try to get the grades you want as they typically become your original predictions. You’ve not even finished your first term yet so don’t stress. Keep the work up and if there’s anything you don’t know then go over it, but you’ve only just started
