Grade 5 in maths but im interested in applying for medical school when I go onto Uni

I'm in year 11 currently but im capped at a 5 in maths. I've just had my first round of mocks but since im on foundation I only got a 5. It's too late in the year for me to go onto higher tier maths since by now I would've missed a whole year of topics given how im still on foundation. I really, really want to go into medical school when I get into uni and finish college so I planned on resitting my maths GCSE but im just really nervous and dont know about it. I was hoping to get onto higher now to make things easier but it seems veeerryyyy unlikely. The A-levels I applied for are biology, chemistry, and psychology and the college im going to accepts a grade 5 in maths but its just uni that im concerned about.

forgot to mention but im also taking triple and im getting above 6s in all my other subjects. I 7s in English language and literature, same for history and re, I chose art GCSE which I get 7s in as well, im getting 6s in Spanish and in all my sciences I get from like 8s to 6s. Biology being my best subject and physics my worst. Its just maths thats holding me back, thats all.
