Title : University call

I got a call from a telephone number (I don't know if it's okay to post the no publicly on here) but my phone read the number as Coventry. I have tried calling the number back minutes after I missed the call but it's not connecting at all. I hope @coventry university will see this and reply to me...the no that called me is +442475108039

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. Yes, 024 is certainly a Coventry number although I don't think that is one of ours. Our numbers usually start with 024 77 or 024 76. I believe this may just be a coincidence but if we do need to contact you I'm sure someone will try again soon.

You can also reach out to the onboarding teams/admissions for more clarification(+44 24 7765 2152 / [email protected])

Good afternoon!

I believe the timing of when you received a phone call was perhaps during one of our call campaigns? If it was Tuesday or Wednesday this was probably the case.

We had an Open Day on Saturday 28th November and so our ambassadors were calling prospective students to see if they were still attending and to give them more information about the day. If you'd signed up this may have been the case.

We were also calling people to help them book interviews if they'd received an offer from the university. This was particularly the case with healthcare courses.

If either of these cases are relevant to you, this may have been the case! However, we usually try once or twice then leave a voicemail ☺️ Apologies if this was unexpected, we are trying to engage more with applicants and help with the application process since we know it can be overwhelming.

I hope this gives you a bit more information! If neither of these are the case, the contact information stated by the last reply are correct and are the best point of contact!

Best wishes,

Erika

Blessings @covuniambassador. appreciate the beautiful reply. Pls is there a way you could help me confirm if there is work placement year for students in msc Global Healthcare Management. I have checked the school's website and there is no definite straight answer for this. If you have other alternatives to confirm. Would be really glad. Bless you 💛💞

Hi there,

On the course page (link below) I can see the course duration is only one year so it is not likely you would have a placement year within this.

https://www.coventry.ac.uk/course-structure/pg/shc/global-health-care-management-msc/

Additionally looking through the modules under the 'what you'll study tab' shows that they are all theory based, ruling out a placement year.
The 'where you'll study' tab only describes teaching on campus - either Coventry or Vauxhall.

It looks as though there is no placement within the Msc course but i would recommend you visit the link and read about the course.

Hope this helps

Hi there, how do I choose my intended location to study. E.g wanting to study at the London campus. Where do I fill that intended campus to study option in ☑️.....as the course is a one year course and I believe there ought to be certainty already about campus location I will be studying before traveling....pls , looking out for your reply.

Hi there,

You should be able to select your campus by applying for the course and location in the application itself. For exact guidance ( as it varies slightly depending on how you have applied) and links to check what is offered where please see the check the location page of the Coventry website listed below
