Funding BSc counselling after failing previous undergraduate?

How do I fund my undergraduate after a previous undergraduate? I originally studied mental health nursing but kept failing years due to psych ward admissions but I've used up all 4 years of my undergraduate year funded by student finance. How can I afford to fund another course? I'm in a much better place now and want to study BSc counselling but can't afford it.

Is it full-time or part-time?

It;s at brighton uni and it's full time for 3 years then the fourth year is placement.
