Psychology alevel AQA

I’m in year13. Doing psychology AQA and I have done a mock with my tutor in exam conditions and i have realised my time management isn’t the best since I’m not not fast at writing. So I missed a 16 marker in paper 1. So i was wondering if anyone can help me with how can i structure a 16 marker being fairly slow writer. I also have my 2nd mock for paper 2 on friday. Any tips and tricks will be appreciated. Thank you

I didnt do the same exam board but I did psychology and English language with my English language having 40 mark questions, id honestly say plan. your structure first eg:

Intro (then say 1-2 points you wanna say)

p1- (what's my point, 2 theories that can back this, one strong argument)

p2 - repeat p1

p3 - optional honestly but if so repeat p1

make sure theyre all relevant to each other and you link back

then conclusion tying all together again making a key statement to your point but including the nuance of an opposing point and why it may be considered

this honestly takes 5 minutes and makes writing the essay like filling in the blanks - I also used to do large mark questions first to get them out of the way, its a lot less stressful to of 8 2-3 marker questions in 15 mins than it is to do a whole essay, you also feel calmer because the main chunk is done so you can already feel like you got enough, marks to pass
