Tenancy takeover - Manchester

Hi im looking for someone to take over my tenancy contract in Manchester. It’s 2 mins from Piccadilly station and 15 min walk from the city centre and universities. It’s £932 monthly. It’s a double room en-suite in a shared flat and is bills included. Has free bowling, cinema room, study rooms, pool/ table tennis and a gym. Please let me know asap if you’re interested also if you know how I could find someone quickly if this doesn’t work out lolz. I’m not sure if the university would help me either tbh I go to mmu

Honestly it’s worth asking MMU accommodation services — even if you don’t think they’ll help, a lot of unis have waiting lists or internal groups for students looking for rooms and tenancy takeovers. I’d also post in MMU Facebook groups, Manchester student housing groups, and on SpareRoom because people check those daily.
If you’re trying to find someone quickly, make sure your post has clear photos, the exact building name, contract length, and when it’s available — posts with full info usually get more messages. You could also ask your accommodation reception if they can share it on their noticeboard or socials 🙂
