What resources should i rely on to make flashcards for aqa science gcse?

I need to make flashcards for chemistry aqa gcse, but i do not know which resource to use specifically, such as physics and maths tutor, my cgp book or free science lessons, because they all have their advantages and disadvantages, because in chemistry exams, even the definition of a key term that you memorise will be marked wrong, and i want to find notes that cover the whole specification and would be accepted by the aqa mark scheme, i have not tried making notes based off of free science lessons yet, and my cgp books sometimes have odd definitions and im worried it wont be accepted by the exam board, but also, ive heard that physics and maths tutor does not cover some parts of the specification, and key notes are sometimes missing like in organic chemistry.

What sould i do?

For definitions just get it straight form the spec. Free science lessons are great becuase they follow the spec. I found cgp guides helpful in terms of explaining processes and things and made my flashcards based of of that.

I would make your notes straight from the mark scheme and aqa’s resources like their revision guides. But using your lessons for practise and exam questions could be a good idea.

Hope that helps,
