Does your school use a cashless cafeteria system? How do you check the balance?
Our school uses a prepaid card for lunch payments and I keep hearing different methods from different students on how to check the balance. Some say you have to ask the cafeteria, others say you can check it online.
Just wanted to know what systems other schools/colleges use.
Do you have a web portal, card system, FAB card, ParentPay, or something else entirely?
Also, how often do you check your balance? I always forget 😅

honestly most people dont check until its declined, you should be able to ask the office or sometimes even lunch staff for your balance depending on the system they use, if not parent pay is usually where you will find it as this is where you usually pay again depending on system and school though I haven't heard of a different system being used which is funny

At my old secondary school, we had a fingerprint thing. Once you had set up an account, you used your fingerprint to pay for stuff.
There were also machines (in the school hall etc) where you could top up your account using cash. You also went on this machine to check your balance.
