Nursing or Pharmacology at top UK unis?

I'm considering Nursing and possibly Pharmacology at King's, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Nottingham. I have IB HL Biology and no chemistry. Has anyone chosen between these paths or these unis? What made the biggest difference for you?

If you’re choosing between Nursing and Pharmacology without HL Chemistry, consider how hands-on you want your career to be—Nursing offers direct patient care and strong job security, while Pharmacology is more research-focused but may limit your options without chem; in the end, pick the uni whose learning style and support system feel right for you.

If you don't have chemistry, you don't meet the entry requirements for any of the pharmacology courses you have listed. Are you planning to take a foundation year or another qualification?

It doesn't matter where you study nursing as courses are held to the same standard by the NMC. Which uni you choose to study at won't matter to your future employers.
