meeting conditions for firm and insurance choice

this is gonna sound like such a dumb question, but once i decide on my firm and insurance, do i upload the documents that make the conditional offer unconditional for both, or just the firm? i’m an intl student in a curriculum that doesn’t send grades to ucas, so i need to upload them myself. the conditions my insurance choice asks for will be fulfilled by january, while those for my firm likely won’t be done till june - do i hold out till after the school year for just the firm, or upload for both whenever possible?
