Taking over my King's Accommodation Lease
I’m currently living in Urbanest Vauxhall (King’s Residences) and I’m looking for 2 replacement tenants to take over 2 rooms in an apartment
Eligibility: KCL students only (not already in King’s Residences / no existing King’s licence)
Room type: Non-ensuite (shared bathroom with 1 person + shared kitchen) Contract: Until 12 Sept 2026 Rent: £320/week (all bills included)
