I need help deciding between an MEng or BEng

I am about to apply for uni and send in my UCAS application and am wanting to apply for Loughborough as one of my options. They offer a dual offer for the MEng, but only if you put them as your first choice (dual offer is for if you don’t get the MEng grades, but do get the BEng grades). Loughborough is currently my favourite option, but that might change and I am far from set on it as my firm choice. Would it be safer to just apply for the BEng course so I only need to lower grades no matter what, or do I apply for the MEng and basically have to put it as my first choice so that I can get the higher and lower offer?
I really don’t know what to do, as I really like the course at Loughborough and liked the uni at their open day, but still don't know if I definitely will put as my firm choice. Obviously if I do put it as my firm then i get the best of both worlds, as I get a dual offer and chance to do masters, but I am unsure on committing this soon to a choice I am not certain of.
