Heard absolutely nothing so far, applied for the actuarial programme ages ago (the day it opened). Not expecting to hear much from it at this point I think.

it’s not something you need to prepare for, just make sure you stay very focused for the tasks. And rest in between, you’ll need your mind to remain sharp for those quick patten recognition/memorization quizzes. Good luck!

Completeted the OA, in the feedback report did well in everything apart from 'how do you approach challenges'. How did everyone else find it?

Was a mixed bag- got 3/4 and above for all categories except the numerical one cos I fucked up the weights game. Probably unlikely to progress based on that, but the other game hopefully might carry me over the line for now.

Similar, got 4 on everything but didn't spend enough time on the lock game so got a 2 for approaching challenges. Hopefully scrape through to the next stage

I got an invite to the one-way video interview 2 days ago. I did it today and personally found the interface and instructions unclear leading to me being cut short in one of my responses.

Got possibly the most pathetic rejection of all time. They list a bunch of feedback, which I think is great, only to then say this is typical feedback which may not apply to yourself.

Like in that case it’s completely useless? Who the hell have they got in the HR department haha

Just had a rejection for not reaching the benchmark after my arctic shores, I was rated the highest on the spectrum in all of the dimensions so I’m a bit surprised, does anyone know if it’s worth calling to ask if there’s a mistake or are there others in the same boat

Same here, got nearly the highest across the spectrum for all the dimensions, but got a rejection email saying I didn't reach the benchmark

Has anyone not heard back for howden - seems like many have heard rejection but who has got to the next stage. Might be a good sign if you haven't heard back yet.
