SFE payment brought forward.

Due to moving house in September I am experiencing financial hardship and I can’t pay my bills.

I have spoken to SFE and submitted a form
Is there any timescale that it can be looked at as I am a single parent and cannot pay for food or heating.

Our current processing timescales are approximately 22 working days with subject to change depending on our current volumes.
