I was put on plan 5 Despite my course starting in 2020

Recent graduate this August and I opened my student finance repayment account. I noticed I owe money for both plan 2 and 5. I started my course in 2020 but due to having caught long covid, over the years I had to delay ceratin modules to ease my workload, and UCL was really helpful and supportive of this. So instead of finishing my course in 2 years it took me 5. There was one year between 2022-2023 where I had failed one course and I had one year to resubmit my portfolio to be marked in summer of 2024 (my course does not do exams, we only submit courseworks and essays, hence having to wait a year to resubmitt a portfolio after it failed). Is it because of this fail that I was put on Plan 5? I am so confused.

Thabk you Claure, while I am still looking for a job, I wont be able to repay until ai get employed. I was just curious on why I was put on plan 5 when my course started in 2020, even if I graduated in 2025.
