Surrey uni resit

So, I haven't failed the module theres 2 assesments, im in first year, theres 2 assesments which
weight the module
1st = 30%
2nd = 70%
I got 35 % but the pass mark for that assessment was 40% so i failed, but does this mean i have to resit this or no because I didnt fail the whole module I do plan to pass the other assessment which means I wont fail the module, but please someone I'm so scared I dont want to re sit in the summer
