Hello,
I have just received an offer from York and it says:
AAB at Advanced Level in 3 subjects OR ABB at Advanced Level in 3 subjects plus pass the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) with a grade C.
However when I went to the open day I discussed with a lecturer at the relevant department that my offer would be BBB if I did a specific MOOC course and my EPQ is above a C or is a C so what should I do? Is there an email? Or does the message in the offer mean my offer is ABB or BBB?

Did you submit evidence that you completed the MOOC as part of your application?

I put it under the section of extra activities and it only allows like 100 characters to explain it but I did put what it was. There was no option for a photo.

That's and unusual situation really, I would agree with the above you should contact the departmental admissions team about that.
