Toyota Business Graduate 2026

Hi everyone,
I applied for the Toyota GB Business Graduate Scheme a little over 3 weeks ago and honestly kind of forgot about it because I didn’t hear anything for ages. But today I suddenly received an email inviting me straight to the one-way video interview.
Just wanted to see if anyone else has applied this year and what your timelines were like?
Also thought it might be helpful to create a thread so we can discuss the process, support each other, and share updates as we go through each stage.

Yep received this too. I'm assuming they shortlisted candidates and sent them the invite. Surprised that there's 11 questions though usually I'm used to 5 at most for these types of one-way grad interviews

Nope, haven’t completed it yet. When I tapped the link, it took me to the interview page where they explained that the video would consist of 11 questions

Anyone know what the deadline is for the VI?

Mine said tmrw when I went to do the interview. Not sure if everyones is the same!

Hiya, what does it say on your email about a deadline as I have asked but not received anything. My email did not specify.

It doesn’t say anything on the email, but if you click on the link to start the interview, on the left hand side it says, what to expect- 11 questions, Time Remaining- 1 day till deadline. I will check the website at 00:00 to see if the deadline has changed lol.

Hi, i've just completed mine. Dont worry, its not 11 video questions! Theres a few basic questions at the beginning just asking your graduation date, rtw status etc 🙂 I think there was around 5/6 actual questions but it wasnt too bad!

Do you mind sharing, how long was the prep and answer time?

It was strange. I didn't actually see it say how much time we had to speak at first until it cut off haha. But I think it was around 2 mins answer time. Prep time seemed unlimited but i'm not too sure. There wasnt a timer but I didnt spend too much time prepping so I couldnt confirm that for definite! Good luck though, as far as video interviews go, its not too bad! 🙂

I tried to do the interview today and it says it is closed. Has everyone completed it in time and is there a contact I can email because Luke is not responding.
