If you didn’t do well in the Senior Maths Challenge or Kangaroo, consider other supercurriculars that show problem-solving and analytical skills, like: UKMT Junior Olympiad, STEP preparation, maths enrichment courses, coding competitions, or online courses in data analysis, economics, or statistics. Also try essay competitions or research projects related to maths or social sciences. These can strengthen an LSE application.

Hi there
My 10 years old son has been showing alot of passion in maths. He did the primary school maths challenge being in year 6, and did well. I gave him the junior maths challenges past papers and score like between 102 to 113. He struggled with the junior kangaroo. He does questions on the levels of years 9 and GCSE . What roadmap you can suggest for this age bracket. I know there is the intermediate and senior maths challenges he can do in the future.
