lse law 2026

Hi guys!
I’m applying for law in UCL, Kings , Queens Belfast , Oxford and LSE. I already got an offer from queens but no interview from Oxford which is really worrying me :frown:. Here are my stats:

Predicted: (Irish system) 5 H1s 3 H2s equivalent to A*A*A I think as we ink count six subjects.
I have no gcse results obviously as we don’t do them.
Personal statement I would say is quite strong with some good supercurriculars
I thought my lnat MCQ was quite good but I’m yet to get results but my essay was over the word limit which I think might be the reason for the Oxford rejection
Very good reference from my English teacher

Be honest - what are my chances?

P.S - I tried the jindal method last Sunday will I still get my results?

Congratulations to your offer. Queen's U Belfast is a good uni for law. Many had said part of the reputation and fame of the London law schools come from the word "London" in their name.

Honestly it is a bit risky having 4 out of 5 of your choices require LNAT, and your chosen LNAT unis are super competitive and heavily over-subscribed. It is very likely that the London unis won't reply until after the January deadline so they could pick the "strongest" applicants. LSE deliberately stated in the website that they won't look at the LNAT essay, so your LNAT MCQ is unlikely to be too low.

Some LNAT candidates had shared the Jindal route for getting LNAT results early. LNAT might have done something plugging the leak. So just relax and look forward, get prepared for your exam. Good luck.

Thank you sm for the reply! That’s really good to hear about the essay - I guess all I can do now is wait
