BrightNetwork Blended Assessment - A Pathetic Excuse of a Test

I’ve found pretty much all graduate online assessments not that hard and have passed almost 100% of the ones I’ve been given from other companies.

However this one is beyond useless. The scenarios they give you are littered with spelling and grammatical errors which does the opposite of giving you a clear picture.

The feedback tables I keep getting keep putting my “grit” and “applied intellect” low despite me literally prioritising answers which value collaboration, emotional awareness, adaptability etc etc. It’s really not hard to decipher.

Find it funny how I’m currently further in far more competitive graduate schemes yet this pathetic system seems to just randomly generate scores. Putting me off applying to anything requiring this.

Had this for Beasley, Alpha FMC and SMBC I believe. Wondering if anyone else has seen this.

Yeah it's awful. I hate that it records me while I complete it, absolutely no need for it. When it gets to the video interview my google chrome crashes every time too and I have to restart my device.
