LNAT New Providence Plus review

I am extremely disappointed with this company and feel compelled to warn other parents and students.

I paid for the highest-tier LNAT Arbitio subscription before the company rebranded as LNAT New Providence. This premium package explicitly included essay feedback, tutor access, and interview preparation.

Following the rebrand, the company’s platform was unavailable for weeks due to their own “system reconfiguration.” When access was finally restored, my account had been downgraded to a basic package without my consent, removing the very services I had already paid for. Despite repeated emails, I have received no response, no explanation, and no resolution.

What makes this particularly concerning is that the same level of access I originally purchased is now being advertised for over £600, effectively requiring customers to pay again for services already paid for. This is especially distressing given how time-critical the LNAT exam is and the impact this has on a child’s preparation.

Parents and students should be very cautious. Based on my experience, this provider failed to deliver what was paid for and has been non-responsive when challenged. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

You have fallen for a scam. The entity that used to run arbitio folded suddenly in mysterious circumstances. A Phoenix entity then appeared, hustling a similarly worthless product at a high price The poor English and flaky appearance of the entity's website ought to be a sufficient clue that New Providence, arbitio, and all other variants of the scam, should be avoided. This was much discussed here earlier this year.
