student accommodation available- BELFAST

Hi,
I am looking for Student in Belfast to take over a tenancy at the end of January 2026 at Nelson place,
The room is a en-suite bronze, pricing at £158 a week, including all bills and a guarantor needed
My contract was due to start in January and end in July but due changed circumstances I am no longer able to move away from home, the building is newly built and the flat consists of 5 rooms all with there own en-suite with a communal kitchen with designated cupboard space for each flatmate, the room itself consist of desk and storage area with a small double bed and sound proof windows.
Nelson place houses Ulster university’s brand new sports space with a gym, sports hall and running track, there is plenty of communal areas, including sky lounge and cinema …. It is local to bars and a 10 minute walk into the city centre, It’s handy for students only being 5 minute walk from Ulster university and the train station is right beside it that takes you to Queens
